they are talking about a dragon btw. Samuel Vimes, captain of the night watch (the first speaker) is asking Sargent Colon if he can see anything odd on the top of The Tower Of Art. It is, of corse, the dragon. just so you know....i could very probably quote more off teh top of my head, and tell teh story...but i wont...
